Personal Injury. For personal injury cases, there is no cost or fee unless you win. I cover all costs and if we win I earn 1/3 of whatever amount you recover. I practice all types of personal injury cases: car accidents, truck accidents, drunk driver accidents, distracted drivers, dog bites, nursing home abuse, nursing home deaths, nursing home neglect, pressure injuries, pressure wounds, premises liability, slip and falls, boating accidents, skiing accidents, snowboarding accidents, snowmobile accidents, negligence, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, sexual assault, physical assault and battery. There are different time limits on all these cases, so let's talk soon.​

 

Litigation. Litigation is the term used for lawsuits, whether you're suing or being sued. I handle all types of litigation: defamation defense, breach of contract, conciliation court or small claims court, lawsuits against contractors who performed faulty work or never finished the work, business disputes, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, fraud, human rights act violations, and more. There are tight deadlines with litigation, so contact me right away.​
